AI support that answers from a company's own knowledge base and then acts: chat, email, voice and WhatsApp. Production RAG on Qdrant with hybrid retrieval, tool-calling agents under a seven-tier risk model with maker-checker approval, an MCP gateway for customer-owned tools, and an eval harness gating every merge.

An AI agent that goes off task does not crash. It edits files nobody mentioned, ignores the rules file it read an hour ago, and the build stays green. trackline watches what an agent does, checks it against what it was asked to do, and can hand the violated rule back to the agent rather than only warning the human. Most checks are deterministic by design. A model is reached for once, for the one question counting cannot answer. Works with Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, and an MCP server exposes the same checks to any MCP client. Since 0.2.0, it also watches production agents through their own OpenTelemetry traces, flagging policy violations, outages, loops and drift, live rather than after the fact: npm install -g trackline.
